We have reserved some rooms at the hotel for the participants at this event. If you need a room for the night of Tuesday 16th, please let us know in the registration form. We as event organizers will bear a part of the hotel room costs. We kindly inform that we ask you for a participation at these costs of an amount of €125 (one person) / €140 (two people).

All other costs are covered by the organization.
