Hypor in Russia

Hypor's partner Znamensky Genetic Selection Center (GSC) is the first state-of-the-art genetic center in pig breeding in Russia. The main task of the center is the supply of high quality swine genetics to commercial farms for the production of the best pork for all the citizens of Russia. The main product of the center is «F1  pig» that is a high-yielding two-breed hybrid. Today «Znamensky» project includes: Genetic Selection  Center, agro-industrial enterprise with the territory of 40.000  hectares, a new feed milling plant (with the capacity of 175.000  tons a year), an elevator with the simultaneous storage volume of 100.000  tons and a modern slaughterhouse and a slaughtering capacity of 1 million heads a year.
