Hypor in Poland

Hypor partners with local breeders to supply breeding stock to the Polish market. In the North East of Poland, located in Goldap, family-owned Farmers Sp.zoo, a Polish agricultural company,is the preferred partner. Farmers Sp.zoo operates two farms. Both farms maintain a very high health status and are located in a low pig density area to ensure the best high health genetics to its customer. In 2007 a new 700-sow unit was completed, and high health stock was delivered from the Hypor nucleus farms in Germany. Another farm located in the same area has a capacity of 700 sows and produces Hypor PS gilts.
